



MySQL ada Statements yang di panggil “show processlist” untuk tunjukkan korang apakah query yang sedang berjalan di dalam MySQL. Statements ini amatlah penting kerana ianya boleh memberitahu kita apakah query yang menggunakan resource CPU dengan banyaknya. So daripada query ini, kita boleh dapat membetulkan query-query yang menyebabkan aplikasi dan server kita slow atau kadang-kadang kita mendapat error “too many connections”.
Sintaks untuk statements ini amatlah mudah. Hanya taip show processlist;
output yang dihasilkan adalah seperti berikut

Column info menunjukkan apakah query yang sedang berjalan atau NULL yang membawa maksud tiada apa-apa query. Kalau anda inginkan proses query yang lebih teliti, ada boleh menggunakan statement berikut.

statements diatas lebih berguna untuk menunjukkan secara tepat apakah query yang menyebabkan aplikasi kita lambat. Berikut adalah contoh output yang dihasilkan

Sekiranya anda run query ini sebagai user biasa, anda hanya akan dapat melihat proses query yang dihasilkan oleh username anda. Untuk melihat kesemua query yang berjalan di dalam server, anda perlukan privileges “root” user.




Puasa dah nak abis. Aku pun dah kurus skang. Berat dah tinggal 97KG dari asal sebelum puasa 107KG. Plan nak besarkan badan sampai 150KG preparation untuk pertandingan Mr. Sabah and seterusnya Mr. Malaysia, kalau dapatlah tapi apa nak buat. Tanggungjawab kepada agama lebih penting daripada segalanya. So hari nih lepas meeting kat office sementara nak tunggu buka puasa, aku suh kawan aku, En. Amir Zahid untuk tangkap gambar aku yang dah kurus. Mungkin ada orang rasa tak kurus tapi aku untuk dalam tempoh 5 tahun, inilah berat aku yang paling sedikit. Nasib baik puasa seminggu jer lagi, kalau tak agak-agaknya turun lebih daripada 10KG kot. Hahaha.

Nasib baik muka pun dah licin semenjak dah stop makan supplement nih… Bagus juga kan. Tapi itulah pengorbanan, nak badan cantik, muka kenalah banyak jerawat. Tapi part botak tuh, memang aku nih suka kepala botak haha.

Hensem tak? Kalau tak hensem pun, macho pun oklah kan…. Hahaha…
Camner aku diet? Ada org kata bila puasa badan naik sebab bila malam dia melantak. Manalah badan tak naik kalau buka pose makan sampai 2 ketul murtabak. Tak masuk lagi abc, ayam golek, ayam percik, kuih sampan, roti john. Rahsia diet aku di bulan pose nih? Cukup senang. Aku kurangkan makan carbo dan lebihkan protein. Aku cuma makan nasi, mee atau kuih pada buka puasa sahaja. Tapi dalam kuantiti yang terkawal. Selebih tuh, hanyalah ayam atau daging semata-mata. Memangla lesu badan, tapi nak body cantik, kenalah berkorban.

Still a lot of improvement need to be done especially my back and arms and chest. Hopefully I can make it before next year Mr. Malaysia… Wish me luck.




Diet is an essential for each of every bodybuilder. You can have a big size body but to have a muscular ripped muscle, you need to diet. Most people say you can only have your full six packs abs when your bodyfat less then 10%. So always think that nutrition contribute 60% of the body while training only 40%. No matter how hard you train, if you don’t get the proper nutrition, you wont get the result you want too. Once my instructor told me “For us bodybuilder, we eat for the taste not for living.”




Basically different people have different preferences in order to keep their diet to prevent losing what you gain during Fasting Month. For me since I can’t eat from 05:30 until 19:30 and it’s about 14 hours, so it’s means I can’t train a normal way, twice a day. So what do I eat and how is my workout routine? This will be my menu and routine.
19:30 – I will start with NO-Explode, Asid Amino, wait around 5 minutes then, 3 Piece of Chicken, A 1/4 Cup of rice.
20:30 – Protein Shake (SYNTHA-6) and I will start my workouts.
22:30 – Finish Gym, So I will eat 3 Pieces of Chicken or 750Grams of Meat and A cup of rice.
23:30 – Ready to go to sleep, Protein Shake (SYNTHA-6)
05:00 – Just wake up, 3 Pieces of chicken or 10 pieces of boiled eggs or 750grams meat, A cup of rice, Protein Shake. Multi Vitamin, Multi Mineral and Asid Amino.
I will train everyday 2 hours. Split my training into 3 sessions and always 4 sets and 10 reps.

3. Incline Dumbbell Fly
4. Butterfly (Machine)
5. Barbell Curl
6. Incline Dumbbell Curl
7. Concentration Preacher Curl

I don’t train my abdominal and calf during this period since for me it just waste of time. I just want to maintain my Lean Body Mass (LBM) and maybe drop a little bit of body fat. :p




Once they died, there’s nothing you can do. No matter how many flower you give, it’s too late. So appreciate while they still alive.
